Being Cute

Coco being extra cute on the couch playing with one of his favorite toys :) He will play with that toy for hours sometimes just pressing the squeaky! Then.....He'll bring it to me and have that look on his face that says "Throw it. I am ready to play fetch!"

He's a sweet boy. It's nice to have one that will stay occupied with toy like for a long time.

I love the fireplace! do you us it on chilly nights and Christmas Morning?? I dream of having Christmas in from of a Fireplace here someday. we are finishing off our basement into a family room and want a fireplace. Have you seen the home shows that have a fireplace separating the Master bath and Master bedroom..you can soak in the tub in front of the fire and a view into the bedroom.........oh I wish I had that.

YES YES!!!! I know just what you are talking about. We have seena few "model" homes (the houses they decorate for a set of track homes) around here and they do that. It is soooo nice! I wish I had that. We use our fireplace all winter long!
That will be so exciting when you get your family room done!!!!
And if you do the pink and white dots, post pics :)
We ladies of the toe club are awesome :) (and the D.H. club of course) LOL

Sounds Great!
Oh, 'track homes' are when a builder comes and buys a huge land property and then builds a 'track' of homes there. There are usually like 4 or 5 models (different floorplans, about the same size houses though) and then the models are decorated so buyers can come see what a house would look like when it is built. Then they sell the models for tons more $$$$ since they are already decorated!
Once a house buyer picks the model they like, then you go and pick your lot. It is kind of like building your own house in the sense you are picking from floorplans and fronts of the house, but some chooses already come with the house and that is what you have to take. Unless you want to pay a ridiculous price to upgrade from carpet to hardwood. The Builder charges way more then a normal contractor would! So...That is when you get around the system....Take the carpet that comes with the house and then on your own, have someone install the hardwood for much less.
Our house is a track home. There are 4 models here, we have the middle sized one.
That is why I rambled so much..........I became an expert on this subject ;) Sorry!!

Yep! mostly color or like rock/brick style is different. Ours are ranch style and some have rock, some have brick work.
Were the ones that are"too modern" for the community! lol.

I hear ya!
I dont think it can be too modern (apparently some folks around here think so though!) and actually, I dont think a house can be too country or fancy, etc, either.
We've been here a few years, but the house was built about 17 years ago.
