More Kong Adventures

As to continue a tradition of TV watching and Kong eating, here is Coco tonight enjoying his Kong. This time, we were watching the weather chanel to see what it will be like tomorrow. It was up in the 80*'s today and it should be near 88* tomorrow! The kind of weather you get a tan in by just dumping the trash! LOL

Yikes that is warm! it has only gotten in the high 70's here..today was humid and rainy mid 60's. Coco really enjoys his kongs....Do you use the can of kong stuffing that you have to squirt into the kong? I found that it never lasted long enough they has the kong cleaned out with in no time...so I started freezing the kong with the stuffing in it. this lasted much longer and they seem to enjoy it...well at least Miles and Belle do...No Kong stuffing for Willow... :o(

Cute Pj bottoms! ;o)

I know!! All of a sudden too......last week it was raining here!
I use just the regular peanut butter crackers for Coco's kong. It takes him about 30 minutes to get out.........but sometimes he'll bite it just right and he gets it in like 5 minutes! Hey, do you think you could do something with Willow's food where you could make them into treats. I saw somewhere yesterday on the net where a lady grounded up the food, added flour and made shapes out of it for treats with no/little protein for her dog. Then maybe (since you are so good in the kitchen As I have learned!) you could maybe make them into the Kong shape???? Oh that would be awesome!! I am sure a few times at first the shape would be a bit off, but I am sure you could get the han gof it! Maybe use a real one of Belle or Miles' for an example.
:-) That would be so nice! Not sure how it would hold up thought being cooked? And...nor sure how long to cook it!?

yes I have tried this....1) Willow turned her nose up at it. 2) it smells up the house sooooo bad. 3) they got all moldy with in 2 days. I checked with the vet he said Fishy crackers it the best treat but just a few. so I guess this will do. she likes them and they don't get moldy either just stale lol...............
